Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Primero Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Apartadó (Antioquia) y el Juzgado Segundo Penal del Circuito de Turbo (Antioquia).
Tras advertir que la controversia entre los despachos judiciales se originó por la aplicación del factor territorial, la Corte resolvió el caso con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Primero Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Apartadó, para que le otorgue el trámite que corresponda y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 19 de abril de 2016 proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitucion de Tierras de Apartado (Antioquia), dentro del expediente ICC-2451.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2451 al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitucion de Tierras de Apartado, para que, de manera inmediata, le otorgue el tramite que corresponda y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por el senor Manuel Enrique Avila Cavadia en contra de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas.
